On Saturday, the Prefecture of the Papal Household confirmed that on the afternoon of Tuesday 3 July, Pope Benedict XVI will go to the Apostolic Palace of Castel Gandolfo. During the summer, all private audiences are suspended. The Wednesday general audiences, will not take place in July, but will resume on Wednesday, August 1, in Castel Gandolfo. On Sundays and Solemnities during the summer, the Holy Father will recite the Angelus publically in the courtyard of the Apostolic Palace of Castel Gandolfo.
