(Vatican Radio) The European Central Bank President Mario Draghi has said that Cyprus is on track to exit its economic adjustment programme before 2016.
The island was forced to seek a bailout in 2013 after the collapse of its economy. Draghi arrived in Nicosia on Wednesday and met President Nicos Anastasiades ahead of an official dinner.
The meeting of European Central Bankers concludes Thursday.
