Saudi-led coalition jets bomb Houthi rebels in Yemen

(Vatican Radio) Saudi-led coalition jets have bombed Houthi rebels in Yemen, despite announcing the end of a military campaign against the rebels.

Saudi Arabia, after declaring that the month long campaign had achieved its goals, has resumed airstrikes in the region.  Meanwhile the United States has deployed the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt along with other warships off the coast of Yemen, partly in response to a reported Iranian convoy in the area.  The President of the United States, Barack Obama, has warned Tehran, that if there are weapons being delivered to warring factions within Yemen, the US would respond.
