'Vatican Weekend' for June 13, 2015

(Vatican Radio) Vatican Weekend for June 13, 2015 features our weekly report on the general audience of Pope Francis with pilgrims from across the world and in an effort to set the scene for the forthcoming encyclical of Pope Francis “Laudato Sii” or “Be Praised” which will focus on the environment we take a look at some of the words of Pope Francis in 'Evangelii Gaudium'. This is followed by a glimpse at some of the art work of  Michelangelo on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel relating to Creation and a conversation with our popular ‘Latin Lover’, Carmelite Father Reginald Foster, centred around Saint Francis, birds and wolves. The programme ends on a different note with a musical meditation to mark the Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus
