(Vatican Radio) In this week’s edition of “Putting Mercy to Work”, Vatican Radio’s programme on the seven spiritual and seven corporal works of mercy, we  explore the penultimate of the corporal works, “visiting those in prison”.

Monsignor John Kennedy, an Official at the Vatican’s Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, looks at the justification behind incarceration and what the bible teaches about visiting those who are locked up.
