Putting Mercy to Work: The Spiritual works

(Vatican Radio) In this week's edition of “Putting Mercy to Work”, Vatican Radio’s programme on the seven spiritual and seven corporal works of mercy, we turn our attention to the Spiritual Works, beginning with “Instructing the ignorant”.

Monsignor John Kennedy, an Official at the Vatican’s Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, looks at this spiritual work in relation to education and focuses on the importance of the catechism as a tool for teaching.
