(Vatican Radio) Vatican Weekend for November 29, 2015 shines the spotlight on the last leg of the Apostolic journey of Pope Francis to Africa which has taken him to the Central African Republic where in a symbolic gesture he opened the Holy Door of Bangui Cathedral thereby inaugurating the Jubilee Year of Mercy in this nation. The programme includes a report with the head of the English Programme for Africa Father Paul Samasumo, an interview with the  Dean of the Theological and Evangelical Faculty of Bangui, Professor  Nupanga Weanzana, who was among those invited to  address Pope Francis during his encounter with the Evangelical communities on the evening of Sunday 29th of November. Also in this programme Jill Bevilacqua's eye witness account of the canonisation of the  Ugandan Martyrs by Blessed Paul VI in Saint Peter's Basilica in 1964. And as always at this time of week our selection of readings and reflections for this Sunday's gospel.
