A press conference was held on Monday in the Holy See Press Office to present the 25th World Day of the Sick, to be held in Lourdes, France this coming 11 February. The conference also provided the opportunity to present the New Charter for Healthcare Workers

The President of the Pontifical Council for the Pastoral Care of Health Care Workers, Archbishop Zygmunt Zimowski, died overnight at the age of 67 after a long illness.
