Rights group condemns attacks on Vietnamese activists

In a report, Human Rights Watch has highlighted 36 attacks on rights activists and bloggers carried out with apparent impunity.

Human rights Watch has condemned as an unjustifiable act of lawlessness, the 22 May detonation of a pipe bomb in a military hospital in the Thai capital that also treats civilians.
