Kenyans Celebrate New Constitution

(27 Aug 10 - RV) African leaders joined tens of thousands of Kenyans today as a new constitution was signed into law. The Christian Churches including the Catholic Church expressed reservations about the document ahead of the national referendum that voted in favour of it, saying it would allow “abortion on demand” and privilege one religion over another.
