Tales of Scarlet : Cardinal Pietro Foscari

The Church of Santa Maria del Popolo is a reference point for fifteenth century Cardinal Pietro Foscari, the nephew of the Doge of Venice of the time . It is where he is buried.

A Venetian , officially created cardinal by Sixtus IV in 1477, it is said Paul II had already secretly bestowed upon him this honour nine years earlier .
